General Rules for the Goochie.pl Online Store
§1 General Provisions
The online store operating at https://www.goochie.pl is an e-commerce platform managed by GOOCHIE POLSKA Łukasz Godlewski, located at ul. Władysława Raatza 21, 80-299 Gdańsk, registered in the business register under Tax Identification Number (NIP) 722-140-40-82 and Statistical Number (REGON) 221913413, referred to in these Terms and Conditions as "Goochie."
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meanings:
Online Store – the store operating at https://www.goochie.pl, through which users may purchase products offered by Goochie via the Internet;
Customer – a natural person, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality that has the capacity to perform legal acts and has registered (or is registering) in the Online Store in accordance with the rules set forth in these Terms and Conditions;
Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person using the Online Store for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity, and who has registered (or is registering) in the Online Store in accordance with the rules set forth in these Terms and Conditions;
Business Days – all days of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays;
Order Processing Time – the time required for Goochie to assemble an order and hand it over to a courier for delivery to the address provided by the Customer; Newsletter – an (electronic) bulletin published periodically by Goochie, containing information such as details regarding the Online Store’s offerings and current promotions;
Online Store Database – a database containing information on completed transactions and products offered in the Online Store. The database also stores data concerning Customers using the Online Store, which is used to fulfill the orders they place.
Shopping Cart – a feature of the Online Store that allows a Customer to specify order details, such as the quantity of products, delivery address, invoicing information, delivery method, payment method, etc.;
Product Page – a page within the Online Store that displays information about products offered by the goochie.pl store.
Activating a link – clicking and releasing the left mouse button after moving the mouse cursor over a specific object on a webpage or within the content of an email.
§ 2. Registration and Logging In
To make purchases in the Online Store, a user must either register or complete a purchase as a guest (without the need for registration).
To register, a user must select the "registration" tab on the website http://www.goochie.pl and complete the registration form by providing an email address and a password.
Registration is conditional upon reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions, as well as consenting to the processing of personal data by Goochie.pl—to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of orders placed in the Online Store—and authorizing the entrustment of such data processing to the entity referred to in § 10, paragraph... 4.
After completing the registration form, you must activate the link provided under the "Next" button.
Once the action referred to in paragraph 4 has been performed, Goochie will send an email to the address provided in the registration form containing a link; activating this link confirms the registration and completes the registration process.
Following registration, the Customer may log in to the Online Store using the email address provided during registration (as the login) and their password.
Providing address details is necessary for the fulfillment of orders placed by the Customer in the Online Store.
§ 3 Placing Orders
Customers may place orders 24 (twenty-four) hours a day via the website http://www.goochie.pl. After registering and logging in, a customer may place an order by selecting the desired product on its respective product page and clicking the "Add to cart" button; subsequently, in the "Cart" section, the customer selects the preferred method of delivery and payment.
When placing an order (in the "Cart"), the customer specifies:
the goods to be ordered and the quantity;
the delivery address;
the delivery method;
the payment method.
The ordering process is concluded when the customer clicks the "Place order" button. Performing this action constitutes the placement of an order and the conclusion of a sales contract between the customer and Goochie for the products included in the order.
Goochie.pl will send a confirmation of the order receipt to the email address provided during registration.
When selecting a payment method, customers always have the option to choose payment upon delivery (cash on delivery).
For every item sold to a company or business entity, a VAT invoice or a fiscal receipt containing the company’s tax identification number (NIP) will be issued (applicable to purchases up to 450 PLN gross). Private individuals will receive a standard fiscal receipt.
§ 4. Product Prices
The online store provides information about its offerings on the website http://www.goochie.pl and sells the products listed in its database via the Internet.
Prices displayed on the online store’s website next to each product:
are quoted in Polish Zloty (PLN) or Euro and are gross prices (inclusive of VAT). do not include information regarding shipping costs;
The binding and final price of a product is the price stated on the product page at the time the order is placed by the Customer.
Information regarding the total value of an order, including shipping costs, is displayed on the website http://www.goochie.pl once the Customer has selected a delivery method and a payment method (see §5).
Goochie reserves the right to modify the prices of products in its offer, as well as to launch or cancel various types of promotional campaigns and sales. This right does not affect orders placed prior to the effective date of any price change or changes to the terms of promotional campaigns or sales; such orders will be fulfilled according to the terms previously in effect.
Promotions in the Online Store cannot be combined, unless the terms and conditions of a specific promotion state otherwise.
The prices of products in the Online Store apply only to orders placed online via the website http://www.goochie.pl.
§ 5. Payment and Delivery Methods
Payment for ordered products may be made:
in cash, if the order is delivered by a shipping company or another entity responsible for delivering shipments; via electronic bank transfer
via standard bank transfer to the following account: 91 1160 2202 0000 0003 1206 0970
If the seller’s bank account is not credited with the due amount within 3 days of the order being confirmed, the agreement between the Customer and the Seller shall be terminated.
Ordered goods are delivered via courier services or Poczta Polska (Polish Post).
The current delivery price list is available on the online store’s website at http://goochie.pl
Ordered goods can be delivered both within the territory of the Republic of Poland and internationally.
If a Customer wishes to place an order for delivery outside the territory of the Republic of Poland via a courier service, they should contact a Goochie representative—either by email at sklep@goochie.pl or by phone at +48530622722—to make individual arrangements for the fulfillment of such an order, including, in particular, the delivery costs for the products included in the order.
§ 6. Order Fulfillment
Order fulfillment is understood as the delivery of the ordered products to the Customer.
Orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible, but no later than seven days from the date the order is placed by the consumer.
If Goochie.pl is unable to fulfill an order due to the unavailability of the ordered product, it shall notify the Customer immediately—and in any event, no later than seven days from the date the order was placed—and, if payment has already been received, shall refund the entire amount paid by the Customer.
§ 7. Terms and Conditions for Complaints (Reporting Non-Conformity of Consumer Goods with the Contract)
Complaints should be submitted to the following address: GOOCHIE POLSKA Łukasz Godlewski, ul. Władysława Raatza 21, 80-299 Gdańsk.
When filing a complaint, the Customer must provide Goochie.pl with the product in question, along with proof of purchase.
Goochie.pl will process the complaint within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of its submission.
If a complaint is resolved in the Customer's favor, Goochie.pl will either repair the item, replace it with a new, fully functional product, or refund the value of the purchased item.
§ 8. Right of Withdrawal / Return of Products
In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000, "On the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product" (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271 of 2000, as amended), the Buyer may withdraw from a purchase (cancel the sales contract without providing a reason) regarding goods purchased in the online store within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
To exercise the right referred to in paragraph 1, the Consumer must prepare and send a written statement of withdrawal from the contract to Goochie.pl at the following address: GOOCHIE POLSKA Łukasz Godlewski, ul. Władysława Raatza 21, 80-299 Gdańsk.
To meet the 14-day deadline referred to in paragraph 1, it is sufficient to send the statement of withdrawal from the contract before the expiry of this period.
In the event that a Consumer withdraws from a contract under the terms described above, they are required to return the products covered by the contract from which they have withdrawn. The return must be made no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract, to the Goochie.pl address specified in § 1, point 1) of these Terms and Conditions.

§ 9. Online Store Newsletter
Customers have the option to subscribe to the Online Store Newsletter.
The Newsletter is sent exclusively to individuals who have expressed a desire to receive it. By subscribing to the newsletter, the Customer consents to receiving electronic correspondence from Goochie.pl and agrees to the processing of their personal data to the extent necessary for this purpose.
The Customer may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the link provided in the newsletter email or by contacting Goochie.pl.
§ 10. Personal Data
Upon registration in the Online Store, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data in connection with the fulfillment of orders placed in the Online Store.
Personal data is protected in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) in a manner that prevents access by third parties.
In accordance with the aforementioned Act, Customers have the right to access their personal data, correct it, and request its deletion.
By registering in the Online Store, the Customer consents to the entrustment of the processing of their personal data to the company referred to in paragraph 4. This consent is voluntary but is required for the purpose of registration.
§ 11. Final Provisions
The Administrator reserves the right to cease providing services by blocking the User Account of any user whose intentional actions are harmful to the Website, the Administrator, or other Users, or who violates any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
The resumption of services through the unblocking of a User Account is subject to the Administrator’s decision.
The cessation of services does not affect the performance of contracts already concluded between a Seller and a Customer whose User Account has been blocked.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on Specific Terms and Conditions of Consumer Sales and Amendments to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 141, item 1176), and the Act on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271).
All names of goods offered for sale by Goochie.pl in the Online Store are used for identification purposes and may be protected or registered under the provisions of the Industrial Property Law Act (Journal of Laws of 2003, No. 119, item 1117).
In the event of an amendment to these Terms and Conditions, orders placed prior to the date the amendments take effect shall be fulfilled in accordance with the rules in force before such amendments were introduced. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of December 10, 2013.
