Tip: Adding a small amount of "Perl White" to a lip pigment increases its coverage.

INGREDIENTS:

Aqua, Propylene glycol, CI 77891, Hamamelis virginiana (witch hazel), Methylparaben, Propylparaben

A mixture for use in permanent makeup. For professional use only. An allergy test is recommended. Date of manufacture, expiration date, and batch number are provided on the packaging. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use within 12 months.
